R S Cockerills’ Spring Meeting
We were joined by PepsiCo’s Procurement and Technical teams this week at our annual Grower’s Meeting held at Sandburn Hall. We got a great overview of PepsiCo; the business, up and coming varieties, trials and a CIPC update. Our processing and packing teams also gave some fantastic presentations covering a range of topics from Trials to the Future of the Potato Industry. The day was topped off by R S Cockerill being awarded No. 1 supplier of the year for 2016! A great achievement for us and our growers, and a testament to all our hard work over the year. Thanks to all the many growers and speakers who braved the cold to join us and hope to see you all again next time.
